Orders are confirmed on receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due before dispatch. Production begins only after the deposit is received and your design specification is signed off.

These terms govern your use of the Sarah – Bespoke Living website and any order you place with our atelier. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in INR and include applicable taxes. Quotes are valid for 14 days. Material prices fluctuate; quotations issued more than 14 days ago may be re-confirmed before order placement.
Custom & bespoke pieces
Custom pieces are produced to the dimensions, materials and finishes specified on your sales agreement. Because they are unique to you, they are non-refundable except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Lead times & delivery
Lead times are estimates. We make every effort to deliver on schedule, but minor delays can occur due to material sourcing or transit. We will keep you informed and will not be liable for consequential losses arising from such delays.
Warranty & defects
We warrant our pieces against manufacturing defects for 5 years from delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear on natural materials.
Intellectual property
All designs, photographs and content on this site are the property of Sarah – Bespoke Living. They may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
