Are all pieces really made to order?
Yes. Nothing in the showroom is mass-produced. You choose the wood, finish, fabric, dimensions and detailing, and your piece is built for you in our Bengaluru atelier.
How long does my order take?
Standard pieces take 6–8 weeks. Larger bespoke commissions can take 8–12 weeks. We confirm the exact date in writing before production begins.
Can I see fabric and wood samples before ordering?
Absolutely. Visit the showroom to touch every material in person, or request a swatch box via Contact and we'll courier samples to your home.
Do you ship outside Bengaluru?
Yes — we deliver pan-India and ship internationally on request. White-glove install is included locally; outstation delivery is quoted with your order.
What is the payment schedule?
A 50% deposit confirms your order and starts production. The 50% balance is due before dispatch. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and most major cards.
Can I customise the dimensions of an existing design?
Yes. Almost every piece can be re-proportioned for your room. Our design team will guide you through what's possible and confirm a quote.
Do you offer interior design or home styling?
Our atelier offers complimentary design consultations for full-home commissions. Book a slot in the showroom or start the conversation on WhatsApp.
What is your warranty?
Every piece carries a 5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear on upholstery, fabric and natural finishes is not covered.
