Shipping & Returns

Every Sarah piece is crafted to order in our Bengaluru atelier. Here is exactly what to expect from the moment you confirm your order to the moment it arrives in your home.

Lead times

Standard made-to-order pieces ship in 6–8 weeks. Complex bespoke commissions (custom dimensions, hand-carved detailing, imported veneers or marble) may take 8–12 weeks. Your design consultant confirms an exact date on your sales agreement before production begins.

White-glove delivery

Complimentary white-glove delivery and installation are included across Bengaluru. We deliver pan-India through trusted furniture logistics partners — charges are calculated at quotation based on distance and piece size. International shipping is available on request.

What happens on delivery day

Our team carries the piece in, unpacks it inside your home, assembles where required, and removes all packaging. We will only leave once you are satisfied with placement and finish.

Returns & cancellations

Because each piece is made to order to your specification, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery are repaired or replaced at no cost. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation for a full refund of your deposit; after this point, deposits are non-refundable as production has begun.

Damage in transit

On the rare occasion a piece arrives with transit damage, please share photographs with our team on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We will arrange repair, refinishing, or replacement at no cost to you.
